Factory Reset and Removal Process for AMA-Zero Touch-Enrolled Devices
- Remove or Delete the Device from the Dashboard:
- After the factory reset is complete, log in to your edMesh dashboard.
- Navigate to Devices > All Devices.
- Select the Device Information icon (eye) for the required device.
- Choose Actions and then Wipe.
- Once the device is reset, you can delete the device by selecting the trashcan icon.

- Navigate to Devices > All Devices.
- Select the trash can in line with the required device name
- Select WIPE
- The device will be reset and now you may remove the device from the dashboard.
