Configuring the edMesh Dashboard
Log in to your edMesh dashboard as an administrator.
- Navigate to Settings
- Select Intune Settings
You would be required to enter the following details.
- Tenant ID
- Client ID
- Client Secret
You will find the Tenant ID and Client ID on the Application Registration Overview screen in Microsoft Entra ID. The client secret is the value you copied in Part 1.
Once added you would then authenticate.
- Click “Authenticate.” on the edMesh dashboard
- You will be redirected to Accept the permissions.
- Once approved, you will be redirected back to the edMesh dashboard.
On the edMesh dashboard, you will see a list of groups for the user sync configuration. These groups should correspond with your groups with your Entra Directory.
Set The Roles:
- On the edMesh dashboard, set the appropriate role for each group, eg. Students, Teacher or Admin.
- Click Save Changes.
Sync Users:
Proceed to sync your users to your edMesh Dashboard.
Once the sync is complete, you should see your users and devices in the edMesh Dashboard.
